[CLOTHEs]
As was in the first Symposium, our conference is
informal, hence please attend with casual clothes for all programs including
social events. Neither suits nor neckties are required.
Please first finish the
registration before you go to the conference rooms. If you have not paid the
registration fees, please pay at the desk. Details are explained later. Then
you will get one envelop containing the program, the abstract booklet and your
name tag (Badge) and other information. Registration hours and the location are
as below:

[Registration Fees]
Those who have not paid the registration fees in advance,
please pay the late registration fees at the registration desk in A71 (ARTS
BUILDING). We accept cash or check of US $, UK £ or EURO only and the amounts
of each currency are as below. Credit cards and other currencies are not
accepted.

[Ice Breaking Cocktail Party]
Everyone are
warmly welcome to the ice-breaking party to get acquaintances with various participants
from more than 30 counties, which will be held at the Grapevine Bar (cash bar),
Level2, Bramber House from 5-7PM at the first day (3 Sept). Drinks &
beverages will be paid by the participants, however complementary Hors d'oeuvre and
light snacks will be provided by the Organizer.
[Tea/Coffee Breaks]
Due to the
spatial problems and also the nature of the programs, tea/coffee breaks will
take place different locations as indicated in the outline of the Program. It
is suggested to check their locations by the campus maps. All tea/coffee and
biscuits are complementary except the final morning refreshment break (10:40-11:10) on
Sept. 6 (Friday), which will be held at the Euro Teabar and paid by the
delegates.
[Meals]
The Breakfast is included
on-campus accommodation (but not for lunch and dinner). The Coffee Shop on the ground floor of
Bramber House is open Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 hours until 16:30 hours and
it serves breakfast until about 11:00 hours. However, the dinner is not
available on campus. Hence, those who staying on-campus accommodation, need to
go out for the dinners.
[Banquet]
For those have
booked for the Symposium Banquet dinner, please remember that the banquet will
be on Sept 5 (Thursday) night (7PM-) at the Downs Restaurant on campus. Please
note that Marble Bar
(Pay Bar) near the Downs Restaurant are open till 11PM and drinks, beverages
and/or snacks costumed at that Bar before and after the Banquet, will be paid
by the participants.
We
are sorry that there are no more extra rooms available for the Banquet.
[Accommodation]
On-Campus booking period was over. However, there
might be still some vacancies. If you have registered and interested in staying
in on-campus accommodations, please contact Ms Medeni Fordham, CASA, University
of Sussex (at medenif@cogs.susx.ac.uk)
about availability.
For those requiring other accommodation such as hotels, there is a large selection in the adjacent town of Brighton. The following Web-site lists a wide selection:

[Excursions]
No excursions are planned by the Organizer. But,
refer to the web-site at www.visitbrighton.com
for interesting places and authentic English country side around Brighton that
you may wish to visit.
[Sales for publications in special discount prices]
Following
publication from the eFishery-Aquatic GIS
Research Groupf are on sale in special discount prices (50% off) on the
occasion for the 2nd symposium. Samples are available at the
registration desk. If you are interested to purchase, please fill the order
form and give it to the receptionist at the registration desk. We accept cash
or check of US $, UK £ or EURO only and the amounts of each currency are as
below. Credit cards and other currencies are not accepted.
